General rules

1 - To be a member of Pixeland must have an active Pixel website. (If your site is not Pixel, please refrain).
2 - You must have a valid mailing address to receive information. Please if you change your mail, let me know.
3 - The user name and password is not transferable. Improper use will be grounds for cancellation of membership.
4 - The membership should be visible in your Membership page, within 7 days from admission, linked to: http://www.nebesdreams.com
5 - If you have a protected area, private site, members area, forum or small group, you must give me permanent access to this site to verify compliance with my terms.
6 - Must be enabled on your web page scripts for the protection of images, such as "no right click", "no image toolbar" and "drag and drop".
7 - It is absolutely forbidden to use the images obtained in Pixeland, social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, Myspace, etc..

Tubes

1 - The tubes are for personal use
2 - You can not offer members in your area (unless you have a license as is)
3 - Do not be shared in forums or groups
4 - You may not modify, alter or resize my tubes
5 - If you use my tubes to create graphics, you should always give credit to: http://www.nebesdreams.com

Outlines / linearts

1 - With my license, you can color my outlines and can be used as tubes to create graphics.
2 - You color my outlines / linearts prior to use in your website.
3 - Only for personal use.
4 - You can not offer them in the member zone.
5 - You can not share in forums and groups.
6 - You may not modify, alter or resize my outlines.
7 - To make tutorials with my outlines, by request. Please contact me.
8 - Always give credit to: http://www.nebesdreams.com

* Pixeland reserves the right to refuse, and to modify these rules and / or terminate / cancel a membership if you do not meet my conditions.
